Why 0.05mm

Built for engineers, not consumers.

Most bureaus are built for volume. We're built for accuracy, transparency, and the customer who actually reads the datasheet.

Pricing

Transparent by default

Every cost component is visible before you commit. Part cost is calculated from actual filament used — shell volume from STL surface area plus your chosen infill. You see exactly what you're paying for, not a black-box estimate.

Configuration

More control than any UK bureau

Layer height from 0.28mm to 0.08mm. Support type, brim, seam position, wall thickness, print speed — all configurable and passed directly to the slicer. No other UK FDM service offers this level of control.

Accuracy

Surface area pricing formula

Most services charge on full bounding box volume. We calculate actual shell material from your STL's surface area, add your infill percentage, apply a waste factor, and price by gram. One of The most accurate model-based pricing available without slicing.

Quality

Engineer checks every order

Ibrahim — Rolls-Royce Level 6 engineering apprentice, FAOTY finalist (top 10 from 2,000), and creator behind a 4M+ view engineering YouTube channel — reviews every order personally before printing begins.

DFM Review

Three tiers. One for every job.

Design for Manufacture review catches problems before they become misprints — or wasted material.
