About 0.05mm

Built by an engineer, for engineers.

0.05mm exists because the existing options are too expensive, too opaque, or simply don’t understand what engineers actually need from a print.

the name

Where 0.05mm comes from.

The 0.05mm tolerance was held on a precision inline-4 model engine I designed and machined entirely from scratch. 26 components. The crankshaft, pistons, engine block, connecting rods — all machined on manual lathes and mills to that tolerance.

It’s the tolerance that taught me what precision actually means in practice — not on paper, but in metal. That’s the standard this service is held to. Every order, every part, every time.

ABOUT 0.05MM

Built By An Engineer FOR Engineers

0.05mm exists because the existing options are too expensive, too opaque, or simply don’t understand what engineers actually need from a print.

I’m Ibrahim — a mechanical engineering apprentice at Rolls-Royce and the person behind every 0.05mm order. I’ve been designing and building things since I was four: metalworking, fabrication, woodworking, precision tools.

I designed and machined a precision inline-4 model engine from scratch — 26 components, held to a 0.05mm tolerance. That tolerance became the name. It’s the standard every order is held to.

What this means for you

Not a faceless print farm.

Personal review

Every order goes through the same person. If something looks wrong before printing, you’re contacted — not sent a failed part.

Engineering background

The person reviewing your file has machined real components to tolerance. DFM feedback is grounded in practical manufacturing knowledge, not guesswork.
